i guess the " feel good " chemicals in it are great for growing big huge

cows from babies..but for humans..its disasterous...

it literally makes me thirsty for more....it satisfies thirst like

nothing else....until you crave it again......bad news..

All humans are lactose intolerant. Why do you think the #1 selling drug

category for a couple of decades has been antacids. I don't know, it may

have been surpassed by penis drugs now ... but the sales numbers for the

antacids, the acid reflux stuff, etc. are staggering, both in number of

dollars and in number of doses.

Milk contains opioids, too. Human mother's milk contains tiny amounts ...

just barely enough to keep a baby interested. Cow's milk contains much

larger amounts ... enough to keep a calf interested.

Dr. Neal Barnard, head of The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine

(www.pcrm.org), has published extensively on the addictive nature of animal

dairy products in humans ... particularly cheeses, which are so much more

concentrated.

a big fat bowl of raisin bran before bed....im druuugged...sleep like a baby...

and the next day i cant move!..oh and did i mention wheat fiber makes

me bleed at elimination?

my doctor didnt believe me.they love to tell you to eat wheat bran and

fiber...i said hell no! I bleed!

they thought it was hemmoroids..idiots.

i got a colonoscopy...no hemmoroids..no nothing...just cuts at the

exit....rash like...that vanish when i dont eat wheat...go figure...

sorry for the intimate info..but i dont want others to go thru this..

I was aware that all humans are lactose

intolerant......I guess I could have clarified that I

also have a milk allergy- making it really sucky if I

encounter milk protein at all (even in soap!)

When I first figured out that milk was the enemy

(haha), I would have DREAMS about drinking GALLONS of

it at a time. And I would wake up in the middle of

the night and drink HUGE amounts of milk. I was like,

7 at the time. RIDICULOUS!

funny how these things work....

Yes, Kerri, the " lactose intolerance " is only a small part of the problem.

The proteins in milk are truly devastating to our organism, and the source

of the opioids, as well.
