Guest guest
This man used to weigh in at almost twice as what he is now, he just broke the 450 mark...and he is 6'5. I am very proud of him. He has lost about this same amount since I've first met him almost 2 years ago. When I met him he could barely walk, or breathe for that matter. Before I met him, he was bed ridden. You should see him sing and dance now! He swims an hour a day, every day and he is so much healthier than he's been in a very long time. You've seen and heard people who are over weight breath heavily.. not this guy. He has done a lot of research on food, diets, and became aware of his offenders.. that's how he lost the weight naturally without surgery. Processed carbs, he has found, is his number one offender! If he eats pasta, he will gain 5 lbs after his meal. He's learned to live without many of the things he used to love.. just by listening to his body. If he feels sick after eating it, then he scratches it off his foods list permanently or puts it on a 'special occasion' list. He made a decision not only to become healthy, but way beyond that, he has decide that he wants to live! He celebrates his life and living every day and thanks God for both. Because in the end, isn't God the one who gave him the will to survive? ~Jenn ---- jeannieh h 06/08/07 11:42:11 rawfood Re: [Raw Food] Deodorant I'm just wondering what kind of body frame can support that kind of weight and be healthy. I am just asking. I don't know. Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one.
