Guest guest
I am learning interesting things from this group. unexpected and affirming. my body temp has been low for decades and i was concerned about it. not any more. so thanks. two questions from me today-how to use the magic bullet. it seems so perfect a size and easy to use, but the garlic never gets chopped fine enough in salad dressings and it just makes a mess doing nuts. my other ask is reference material. is there a book that many of you use that details the common discussion points? or is this an ongoing figure it out as you go? seems that much of this is historic knowledge and I should know it already. beautiful morning here in the pacific north west and i wish all of you happiness. take care, lynda

Guest guest
Greetings Lynda, I love my mb!! I use it every single day, several times a day...lol (just like they say in the infomercial). I love, love, love it. I have no problems with garlic and nuts. Are you using the small cup and the chopping blade? I have a vita mix I use for big jobs but for me the mb is an invaluable tool for raw applications. I can't say enough about it except I need to buy another one. lol I want to buy the cordless one to take with me to work. I think it would be awesome to have one at work to make smoothies when others are eating their sad stuff. Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one. lhmcmaken <lhmcmaken rawfood Sunday, June 10, 2007 8:53:19 AM [Raw Food] good morning I am learning interesting things from this group. unexpected and affirming. my body temp has been low for decades and i was concerned about it. not any more. so thanks. two questions from me today-how to use the magic bullet. it seems so perfect a size and easy to use, but the garlic never gets chopped fine enough in salad dressings and it just makes a mess doing nuts. my other ask is reference material. is there a book that many of you use that details the common discussion points? or is this an ongoing figure it out as you go? seems that much of this is historic knowledge and I should know it already. beautiful morning here in the pacific north west and i wish all of you happiness. take care, lynda
