Hi everyone and peaceful morning,

I am new to the group and have a couple of questions. I am a raw food

chef and publish several zines on cooking and holistic healing but I

need help with something. I am converting some old recipes from when I

was a vegan chef and can't find a recipe for tofu that doesn't call for

boiling the soy flour in water. Does anyone have a recipe for raw

tofu?

Also, when I converted to raw, I tried the master cleanse but couldn't

get past day 6. Any suggestions for cravings? I really want to do 30

days since the 6 were amazing at changing some of the chonic problems I

had.

Thanks

Calliope

phytates for starters....

the only kinda raw soy anything that i kno of is fermented..

any one have any ideas?

Even fermented soy starts from cooked beans.

For example, tempeh and natto.
