i forgot to throw that out..

last night i could not sleep!..i was wiiide awake at

11pm...12am...130am..230am...i get up at 5am ..this is not good...but

i was wired..i worked from 630am-930pm yesterdy.....(we 911 operators

i wouldnt mind if i could count on not needing the sleep..i just cant

Two or three core factors are primary determinants of both short-term and

long-term health. Rest is among those factors.

Almost the entire population presently experiences both a short-term and a

chronic rest deficiency. This is one reason for their seeming incoherence on

most topics large and small.

I get up artificially, too, regardless of what the clock says. That's

because I slept under a pseudonym and therefore gained no benefit from

sleeping.

Let me know when you awaken, and we can discuss it further, if you wish. But

be careful, I may be selling sleep subliminiminiminally.

Or was that sheep? Sometimes I feel SO confused by all this sort of thing.

Well, gotta go. G'day. I mean, good night. I mean, sleep well. Oh, I didn't

mean to tell you what to do, I was only trying to suggest

... and he lapsed back into his usual, comatose state.

I get up artificially, too, regardless of what the clock says. That's

because I slept under a pseudonym and therefore gained no benefit from

sleeping.

** Because the body is changing. Otherwise, it is natural for humans

to wake-up before sunrise; this is when our pineal gland is activated -

starts producing melatonin - when the sun rises.

Sleep, however, is still important. Most studies conclude that growth

hormone is naturally secreted between 10pm and 2am, so its best to be

sleeping then. Even so, the largest and most pridictable peak of GH

occurs about an hour after sleep.
