nail ridges..

Hey, i just noticed that my usually heavily ridged nails are much

smoother..almost polished looking....what does this mean??

It means that your overall health has improved to the point where your

system can begin to mess with and restore such low-priority items. It's a

good thing ...

do we know what the ridges mean?

 

i never really knew...i want to say something to do with calcium but

someone else told me protein..i never cared enough to research it.

Hi Anna,

 

I've heard various explanations, and though I've not researched this

directly, I imagine there could be various causes. My first thought would be

mineral leaching from the body: nails are a very low priority item and

therefore a great candidate for leaching alkaline-forming minerals.
