I CHOSE to go raw and take the weight off. And i did.

the husband went first...

then the extra weight....

its just me now..large and in charge.

in the end, we all die alone (just a saying...)..

its ourselves we have to count on. We should never settle for letting

ourselves down.

ever.

when you get a handle on yourself first, everything is is just cake...8=))

Hi Anna, this is as I suspected. I invite you to consider that you could not

have done these things in the reverse order ... you quite literally could

not have released the weight before the husband. In other words, you didn't

possess quite as much choice in the matter as you may think.

More coming in a much longer post, probably not today.

Best,

Elchanan

actually i did buttercup..

i dropped 15lbs last year too during summer too eating raw...i think

ive mentioned it..

i let myself gain it back out of sheer laziness...it takes work,

preplanning etc to stay raw..

its just much easier when im living alone...i control what comes in the house...

but i did it EVEN WITH the temptations around me.

im not saying it was easy....i just had to decide to do it. Just as i

decided not to do it.

do you really doubt that we choose our lifestyles? I find that

fascinating..are you into predistination?

or you just think the subcon is stronger than the concious mind..?
