Guest guest
Another RF myth. The most athletic, the most active, definitely are aware of what they are consuming. They are the ones with the greatest sense of purpose, and they therefore require of themselves the greatest level of awareness. We teach about calories and calorie mix all the time. Guest guest
Hi Bill, Your post came through as a bit of a mess, so I hope I'm excerpting what you intended. One can choose a larger watermelon. One can eat 15 oranges (or the like) or some large number of any other fruit ... mangos, whatever. The key lies in comprehending the stomach as muscle, which can be strengthened and whole connective lining can be stretched. You learn to eat that many bananas, and more, by training your stomach, just as you would train any other muscle ... through repetitive, incrementally expanded use. Since you love spending time with weights, I imagine you'll know exactly what I mean. For more background, see post # 29100. (I neglected to change the subject line on that one, don't let it distract you.)
