Guest guest
Although I didn't give into the temptation.....I was up late last night thinking about enchiladas. I struggle because to be entirely honest, I am a really good cook. And my enchiladas, while slightly unhealthy, kick some major butt. ::sigh:: I need a compromise. Maybe a couple times a month I can have my favorites? or am I just setting myself up for failure if I do that? ______________________________\ ____ Be a better Globetrotter. Failure may be a big NO NO, but that is conditioned by society to make you fear being a bad person and always and only drive for success. (talk about mania!) you may not agree, but I find that failure is a far better teacher than success. neal.
Guest guest
<<drooling>> Did you HAVE to mention enchiladas???? I think you are setting yourself up for failure, actually. I think that is what the experts would tell you. However, I would vote for having them a few times here and there, but then that's just me. Guest guest
But can you eat it only a couple times a month? I know for me, if it is something that I love and crave, I have to cut it out all together. Otherwise, I will gradually get back to eating it or drinking it on a regular bases, because the cravings just get stronger and stronger. Such as, don't even let me take one bite of chocolate. Or I am gone. And ice cream? If I can't have all I want, I don't want any at all.
