Guest guest Posted June 23, 2007 Report Share Posted June 23, 2007 HI Caroline, there is the bagged kind of dulse and the sprinkles sprinkles are nice on veggies Dulse is wonderful quick fried in a nonstick pan but also wonderful raw out of the bag i have made a DLT(dulse,lettuce & tomatoe) with ezekiel bread & veganaisee and tomatoe but that is not raw also there are other recipes but being fairy new I am not sure what you would need... but certainly will post more! I'm on my 5th day being 100% raw so I'll pass on the frying pan but will try it with some lettuce and tomato and see what happens. Much easier, much more stable lifestyle, therefore much more permanent, in my opinion.
