Guest guest
Hi, Elchanan! Which archive where? I tried the files here and couldn't find anything. There's one on my forum--actually more than one but the second is a revision--here: http://tinyurl.com/ynnlfn It's a fairly simple one and not complete by any means but it gives an idea of what goes with what. Jeannie, one of my members wrote, " I've read that when you combine your foods correctly they digest even more effienctly. That allows your body to release more weight. And use its energy stores for more healing and such. " That's enough incentive for me! Take care, Tommie http://reallyrawfood.com http://reallyrawfood.com/forum rawfood , " Elchanan " <Elchanan wrote: > > Link is in the archive ... > Elchanan > > _____ > > rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of > jeannieh h > Saturday, June 23, 2007 7:38 AM > rawfood > Re: [Raw Food] food combining...was..Re: Salt again, I suppose > > > > I get so confused with all this. I guess my mind and reception abilities are impaired by all the sad I've eaten over the years. lol I think I need a chart that spells out what is ok to combine and what is not ok to combine. I am known to throw everything into a salad. Without regard to what goes with what. It is challenging enough for me to be venturing into this life of raw, without having to be bogged down with " this goes with this...that doesn't go with that " . What kind of harm comes from not combining properly? Call me dense, Jeannie your time is the most cherished gift of all, tomorrow is promised to no one.
