Guest guest
Hi All, I have read that you can eat bean sprouts and they do digest better when sprouted than cooked. Now my son tells me that you can't that even if they are sprouted they are toxic to you unless you cook them. He read it in his book and on the internet. The dr he is going to does not say anything good about the raw diet. He used the book breaking the vicious cycle by elaine gottschall. Also can't digest them unless they are cooked. My son has Celiac, yeast overgrowth. He is taking a very strong meds that have very bad sides to them. It still has not helped him. some days all he eats is meat that is what he was told to do. Now that my girls are talking of going raw he is all up in arms about all the toxins we are getting.
