Belinda,

This all sounds great ... as long as you realize that your symptoms are

intentional, too! When you commit to something, you'll move forward by leaps

and bounds.

Nope, I am not " misunderstanding " anything. Nor am I commited to

anything yet,not even partially (as far as my diet is concerned).

And what am I misinterpreting? I am perfectly aware that I am not on

any particular program. (I have not decided on my health, diet, food

guru leader yet:o))

I also don't jump on paths to anywhere without first looking toward

where I am going and most importantly looking back down the path to

see what is left in it's wake, as well spending time observing those

on the path and what their results are. Though I respect many and

learn from just as many, I follow no mortal human being nor do I

follow the herd. (though there is one " herd " that I travel with) Just

because someone seems to have it all together and has all the

answers, does not meant that they do.

Yes, you are correct, I do eat hodge-podge style. And will continue

to do so until I see what it is that I need to do.

All that I do with my diet right now is very intentional on my part.

And I am doing nothing concerning my health half-heartedly, you can

be sure.

But thanks anyway.

sigh, yea, I know. But it's just the way I am.

Ya know, I am the one that doesn't jump in the water all at once, I

get in real slow. And your right, it does delay the swim to the

other side.

But I still get there. Safe and sound and much less stressed.

I am interested in this 80-10-10 diet. Do I need to get the book?

Slow but steady wins the race, so the story says, with grace. :)

You don't " need " the book. However, since you love information, you'll

probably benefit from reading it ... I mean, you'll probably gain comfort in

your choice-making.

Best,

Elchanan

LOL, thanks. Yea, I would rather watch everyone else stumble and

fall and hopefully learn by their mistake so I won't do it.

I am so unadventurous and boring. If everyone were as cautious as I,

nothing would ever get done or move forward.

I think that I am the proverbial " knot on a log " :o)

I understand. Still, the only way to train for a big event is to train for

that event.
