I haven't mentioned in awhile that we have a very nice resource available for those interested in learning more about Dr. Doug Graham's approach to diet and healthful living. Last fall, Doug published his first book on the dietary portion of this topic, entitled The 80/10/10 Diet. In December, the Path of Health Community hosted a free teleconference with Doug about the book and his program. I was there for the teleconference (which was excellent, by the way) but I went ahead and downloaded the file this morning and put it on my MP3 player. I listened to the first hour while I got some sun. Would it be okay for me to post this on my forum and include the link on my blog? I didn't do it before but it was released only to participants at that time. I would love for my family, especially, to be able to hear it. A lot of them still think I've gone balmy. You aren't going to take the recording down any time soon, are you? Take care and I know I don't have to tell you to keep spreading the word! I'm wondering whether to give it to the family to listen to, or transcribe it and let them read it (would you allow that?), because it answers a lot of their questions too. (I had a phone call from my aunt a few days after she talked to mum, so word's getting around. " But where are you (and he, the boy) getting your protein from?? Sure, you can correct all the words I get wrong ;o) I'll work on it and let you know when it's finished. >LOL about the " intervention " . hehe really, I'm practicing my " yes, dear " expression, and nodding and agreeing while thinking of something else. There's a lot of allergies in our extended family, and the mums all did their best to help alleviate them, without much success, so there's also a lot of guilt going round.
