I was out running my errands this afternoon, and stopped at a different whole foods store than I usually do. While I was there, I inquired as to whether the deli had any raw foods. The lady at the deli informed me that there is a guy opening a raw food restaraunt in our down town area. THEN she informed me that he has been looking for people to be the chefs at his restaraunt, and he wants to send someone to Minnesota for training. She is going to give him my contact information.
