Guest guest
Erin and Em, In Victoria's book (The Health Seeker's Book), she speaks about the V- 8 juice that you buy in the supermarket and how unhealthy it is. The three ingredients that are the toxins are WATERCRESS, PARSLEY, and of course, SALT!!! She says that watercress and parsley are highly toxic herbs. Then she goes on to give recipes for other v-8, v-7, v- 6, v-5, v-4, v-3, v-2, and v-1 juices that ARE very healthy. Hope that helps, Lynne rawfood , " emusedmary " <emusedmary wrote: > > -well it supposed to be full of wonderful things- > It tastes good too > ? > Em-- In rawfood , " Erin " <truepatriot@> wrote: > > > > rawfood , Lynne Moore <fountayn@> wrote: > > > > [...] > > > > > I was just reading in Victoria's book how watercress is toxic. Guest guest
I'm familiar with the evidence and studies for the negative effects of salt, but had not read anything to implicate the other two. Does *she* elaborate?
