Erin and Em,

In Victoria's book (The Health Seeker's Book), she speaks about the V-

8 juice that you buy in the supermarket and how unhealthy it is. The

three ingredients that are the toxins are WATERCRESS, PARSLEY, and of

course, SALT!!! She says that watercress and parsley are highly

toxic herbs. Then she goes on to give recipes for other v-8, v-7, v-

6, v-5, v-4, v-3, v-2, and v-1 juices that ARE very healthy.

Hope that helps,

Lynne

I'm familiar with the evidence and studies for the negative

effects of salt, but had not read anything to implicate the

other two. Does *she* elaborate? ;)

Thanks,
