Guest guest
Anyone have any suggestions? I am getting really bored with this diet and find myself wanting to eat out more and just craving junk food again. It doesn't help that work has me totally stressed and I'm a notorious junkfood junkie when I'm stressed. Becky
Guest guest
Hi Becky, Depending on how well you've been eating, gorging on that junkfood may teach ya exactly what you need to learn. However, if you have had positive benefits, perhaps it would be wise to focus on those and feel feeling of gratitude and acceptance for the path you have currently chosen. And thank your self for treating yourself so well. As for stress in general: Do you have any desired outcome or expectation that you hold on to with emotional energy? Letting go aint easy, but rewarding. Now to heave up a few hefty spoonfuls of my own advice and swallow With kindest regards, Bobby Rebecca <ladythyme wrote: Anyone have any suggestions? Guest guest
My only question would be how to they fit into a natural hygiene scheme.... I am sure that most, if not all, of the recipes would not qualify for the strict 80/10/10 scheme that many on the list follow. Still, sight unseen, I am sure that all of your recipes are of interest to people in transition, which is a good thing, for what it is. thank you for your latest advertisement Margaret rawfood , Bryan Au <rawbryan wrote: > > Becky, > > ALL of my recipes ARE JUNK FOOD! Guest guest
Hi Margaret, I think it is dangerous to recommend only one way of eating for everyone, that is too general. We all have different body types, different caloric needs, blood types, different climates, dna, activities the list goes on and on so to only strictly adhere to 80/10/10 maybe a good guideline but everyone is different and has to adjust and do what is best for each individual body type, etc. The only one thing we CAN recommend safely is people eat more RAW ORGANIC FOOD, but they still need to do the RESEARCH. WHICH I HAVE DONE, my recipes/food does not use ANY HIGH MYCOTOXIN ingredients like 98% of all other Raw Foods/Products/Chefs out there. I do NOT USE Cashew, Nama Soyu, Corn, Mushrooms and so one, if people do not know why then Google.com MYCOTOXINS and also read Gabriel Cousens MD's book The Rainbow Green Live Food Cuisine where he did blood analysis and medical/scientific RESEARCH into what foods CAUSE HIGH MYCOTOXINS, CANDIDA, FUNGUS and which ones do not, also most RAW FOODS/CHEFs use WAY too much Dates, Honey and so on, I do not. So I did the research. It happens to be in BOOK FORM because RAW FOOD is all I do, this is my passion, my life, other people do other things and do RAW on the side or for fun, RAW ORGANIC LIVING FOODS is what I do 100% for a living and 24/7 at that. As an author and one that HAS DONE THE RESEARCH I try to create awareness, education etc. if you call it advertising then that is what it is, to me it is out reach and info. I also for one prefer more RAW ORGANIC advertising rather than the inorganic bad ones we get everyday....from the media. Guest guest
Good morning, We are all human beings and I believe that qualifies us for 80/10/10. The sample recipes I found on Amazon might possibly fit with some modifications but they would have definitely taken more than 10 minutes to fix. I don't get bored with raw so maybe I'm taking a jaded view of recipes in general, anyway. Guest guest
In moderation they are ok but overtime and if you eat a lot they may increase candida, fungus, mycotoxins in the blood/body, yes they have some benefits, I am not saying don't eat them, I just don't use them, it depends on your goals.... Guest guest
I actually don't like raw mushrooms-i do love them cooked and will add them back into my diet in the fall but they just don't taste good raw-for me that also means corn & cashews-so that has me off to research the mycotoxins. I'm really looking fwd to doing this-and I am going by my gut instincts I'm making a walnut milk to blend with spinach, blueberries, banana & cherries & flaxseed for tomorrow. Ialso started some groats to see if ethey would sprout. I'm hopingto combine that into a fruit salad for bfast I pulled down my ezekiel cereal but after further consideration I will just keep that unopened until later on it will keep until fall. I probably should take the before & after pic-I have decided to try this until the fall equinox. Guest guest
Can you share some of those recipes with me? They sound yummy! Part of the problem I'm encountering is that eating only fruit makes me shaky, but there are few veggies that I like raw and I am absolutely addicted to potatoes and rice, which can't be easily eaten raw. I have no time for sprouting! I appreciate the advice. Becky rawfood , Bryan Au <rawbryan wrote: > > Becky, > > ALL of my recipes ARE JUNK FOOD!
