Hi Elchanan,

Thank you for understanding me!

In response to #2 of your post - I am willing to take the journey, so please

provide the

info. What foods do I add and how gradually do I add them?

I so appreciate your guidance...

Hi Kristine,

But only if you happen to share that belief. If you do not believe that

your thoughts are eternal, then they expire in December, 2012 CE, when the

Mayan calendar ends. Unless they expire either sooner or later. Okay,

enough of this ...

1. Yes, eating very simply will bring about very rapid improvement. The

problem occurs not during that week, but following. For if you make

wonderful gains and then lose those gains, the effect can be very

demoralizing. Believe me, I know from personal experience!

I posted on the nature of vitality at some length just yesterday, post

#32665.

2. It's not just about eating bananas for one week, it's an entire program,

first the bananas, then gradually reintroducing other foods in an orderly

manner. To my knowledge, those here who tried the bananas loved it ... and

did not continue along the rest of that journey. I am happy to provide the

information, if someone will actually use it.

3. The healthier you become, the stronger and more vital your system

becomes. And over time, whenever you " backslide " or " fall off the wagon " or

the like, you'll notice your system responding more and more vigorously.

This is a sign of progress, and the detours are learning experiences along

the way ... as long as you choose to perceive them in this way.

Is the bananas thing just for those with candida problems, or can I put my

hand up? (as far as I know, based on symptoms, or lack of, that's ONE

problem I don't have!) Now that I can get cases of bananas, I've been

thinking of doing it, though my boy often expects me to finish eating what

he's had enough of, so I'd have to work on eating only bananas.

>I guess if one was to believe the end would come in 5 years, wouldn't

be much point in learning about our health. 5 more years, it won't

matter.:o)

hehe, I wondered this too ;o)

It's interesting, for me, that the end is supposed to come in 2012 (besides

the fact that I'm not done yet, and will be miffed if it does!), because my

son will turn 8 that year, and one of my ex's threats was to come back when

he's 8, and do away with him then. If that happens, my world will end, even

if it does keep spinning.

Only the truly healthy among us shall possess the capacity to ascend. But

shhh ... that's a secret, part of a big cover-up and conspiracy.

If it were me and I thought my ex (or anyone else) was coming to do

away with my son, I would be eating some serious meat, cleaning my

shotgun and be ready for him when he got here. (actually I wouldn't

need to consume meat to be aggressive in this area. All the fruit and

veggie eating in the world wouldn't stop me from ending or changing

his world. Don't mess with my babies, now)

On a more serious note (not that I wasn't serious before) do the

police know about this threat? That is very scary.

really!

Yes and no - yes in that I've told them about it, and did get a dvo against

him; no in that they don't take it seriously. The cop who dropped the dvo

around told me I still had to let him visit my son! Now THAT's intelligenism

for you.
