Guest guest
ROFL! Hmmm, wonder what greenish poo means. Too many leafy greens? Not digesting and absorbing the leafy greens? Guest guest
Oh yea. LOL. Honestly, it has to be all the greens. I have a green smoothie every night,(and usually a salad at lunch) so I just figure that is it. (stool is also very very soft) Because when I was drinking fresh carrot juice, yep.....orange tint. Oh and juice sugar beets in with your carrot juice. Gets reeeeaaaal interesting. Sort of a burgundy kinda tint. LOL Hey and for those of you with a sweet tooth. Sugar beets juiced with other veggies, like carrots, will fix you right up. Very, very, sweet. It is also pretty in the glass for those that like their food to look good. Guest guest
Well, if I do. I don't know it. I have not had a check up in years. And then it was just the female kinda check up. I really need to get another one, but every time they want me to get a mammogram. OUCH! my little boobies are not big enough to go in that machine. ) Besides if I had a lump on my chest, I would surely know it. Because it would be the only bumb on my chest.( Belinda > well as long as you don't have any pancreatic problems > Emrawfood , " Belinda " <MistyBlueTN@> wrote: > > > > Oh yea. Guest guest
LOL! wel I have the best Dr. for that I get checked out every 7 years or so & he said last time as I was 45 well you know I'm supposed to tell you to go for a mammogram.... but doesn't worry about it for me anyway you too? Actually I gained weight there and can't wait to lose it but back to your other post-you already know a bit about herbs so you can take cedar berries or enzymes You can sometimes get checked out by chiropractors but I don't know I think it was Steve Jobs that had pancreatic cancer and cured it with a raw food diet? Not sure where i heard that so don't quote me If you don't haveany indigestion it's probably just all those greeens :-) Em rawfood , " Belinda " <MistyBlueTN wrote: > > Well, if I do. Sounds so wrong, but when you eat energy soup and wheatgrass all day, " hey! " , s**t happens. LOL It's from eating the chlorophyl. What goes in must come out! And there's nothing wrong with it. Try beets next for some great fireworks. :-D

Guest guest
I was just reading a book that said 30 to 70% of cancers can be reversed/cured or prevented by diet alone. Guest guest
Hi! did you happen to stop consuming things that might have had a peristalic effecyt-such as coffee or sometimes beer -I'm going to assume you're not a coke addict :-) anyhow sometimes when those type of things are stopped it can take awhile for the natural system to getinto gear. Did you try the prunes?? Also exercise & alot of water can help Emrawfood , " Caroline G Gomes " <cggomes wrote: > > I'd be happy just to have a bowel movement at this point...floating or not > LOL!!! > > Caroline > > > rawfood [rawfood ] On Behalf Of > emusedmary > Tuesday, July 10, 2007 12:43 PM > rawfood > [Raw Food] day 2 what was that? > > ok since I'm new to this I'm going to indulge in the crappy side of this > :-) > went to the bathroom & got nervous from floating feces but after I read this > http://ourgardengang.tripod.com/bmstools.htm > calmed down > > last night I had a headache-thats because DH was keeping me up...I was > sleepy at 11...well thats normal The battle between the night owl-him and > the early bird-me might get a bit strained > > but other than sometimes feeling like I'm on a boat I feel really good > really good Em > > > > >
Guest guest
I don't drink coffee and I haven't had alcohol in years. I can count on one hand the number of times I had soda LOL!!! I've been raw for almost a month and the bowel thing started about 10 days ago. I have been eating prunes like they are going out of style LOL!!! I have to say I am not a fan of the prune either. I have been exercising just about every other day for about 50 minutes. I am drinking lots of water too. I did go twice this morning thankfully so I'm not so bloated anymore. I'm thinking my body is just re-adjusting to my new eating habits. Thanks for all the help and enjoy your day!! I have seen many who probably could have lived, die.
