Beware soy sauce has wheat in it. I use Tamari which is gluten free.

Yes, it's important to be careful about soy sauce. Wheat Free Tamari

and/or Bragg's Liquid Aminos are excellent alternatives. There are

also a few brands of soy sauce available that are wheat free, but they

are not easy to find in most markets. There are a few brands that use

corn instead of wheat.

Not all soy sauce has wheat and not all tamari is wheat free. It is always

best to read labels every time you purchase something. In my experience,

the " light " versions of soy sauce rarely use wheat.

Bragg's liquid aminos can generally be subbed for soy sauce.
