Guest guest
That recipe for the crispbread is reminding me, I would really like to own my own flaking machine (electric or manual); a roller device that converts whole grains into flakes. Any one have one? ... heard of one for in-home use? Deborah

Wow, Deborah. . .I would be interested in this information as well. I'm trying to find quinoa flakes in bulk (without purchasing them online because of S/H). The health food store keeps directing me to whole quinoa. . .and I keep saying, 'no, I want quinoa flakes'. It would be very nice to be able to make our own! Guest guest
These can be purchased through Urban Homemaker. They have a website that you can order from and _many_ helpful homemaking items and books. Guest guest
Thanks Penny! Looks good! The Marga flaker looks like the one I'd go for. Anyone have it? ... or heard of it? I think I know what I'm gonna ask the " Birthday Fairy " to get me this year. :-) Deborah These can be purchased through Urban Homemaker.
