Guest guest
I thought I'd add one more thing. Being GFCF and avoiding dextrose, maltodextrin and modified food starch reduces the available list of candy to next to nothing. laffy taffy sweedish fish sour patch kids jollyrancher candies (including the chews, sticks and lollypops) I believe they all contain corn, and possibly soy. And of course those pesky food colorings from the azo group (red, orange, yellow dyes) that give me arthritis the next day... What could be scarier than candy on a restricted diet? Happy Halloween! -Lana

Any products with food starch on the label is corn. Also some other candies ...original Life Savers, Organic Candy co. has organic lollipos(I think these are also edwards and sons), Kellogg's fruit snacks(when I contacted them about the Winnie the Pooh fruit snacks they said that there was no aniaml ingrediets used in the product) all are gf vegan.
