Guest guest Posted December 3, 2006 Report Share Posted December 3, 2006 Chocolate Fudge Source: Tastefully Vegan (adapted) 2 cups chocolate chips, dairy free 1/3 cup tofu, soy or almond milk 1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped 1/2 cup almond, cashew, or peanut butter 1 tsp. vanilla, natural 1/2 cup dry coconut, finely grated and unsweetened (optional) Combine chocolate chips and milk in saucepan. Cook over lo-med heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted. Stir in walnuts and nut butter until well mixed. Stir in vanilla last. Pour into an oblong pan, score into squares and sprinkle with coconut if desired. Chill. They're super yummy and the company makes all it's products without the use of the 8 most common allergens. (they're vegan too!)
