I have a small gluten, dairy and nut free chocolate company and I've just finished a show at the Hospital for Sick Kids Specialty Food shop. Sending in 'advertising', as such, sometimes irritates list members, as most of us online already get too much spam. But, sharing and talking isn't something that I consider 'spam'. I think that all of us would be interested in knowing about the vegan and gluten free products you may have. Sometimes we have trouble finding good vegan mixes and products, as most companies use eggs (or require them as an added ingredient). Please share with us and feel right at home here.
