Guest guest
Was the nutritionist you found through regular medicine or alternative? I had asked my general practitioner to refer me to one and she said we don't have one in this area. Maybe I was looking in the wrong place? The reason is the breads and pastas we eat have basically no nutrition value so I teneded to eat a little more. My doc said to limit sugar and caffine and most grains except rice and quinia. I tend to eat the gluten free breads and things from Whole Foods! Pizza is my favorite! Once you learn what not to eat it is easier. Also, look around your area for a nutritionist who specializes in gluten free diets. I found one in Dallas,Texas and she helped me see things differently. Much luck.! Guest guest
Another nutritionist option, if you have a New Seasons in your area, they have one on staff at the store and it's free to meet with them. Usually they only work 1-2 days a week, but they are very helpful and again, it's free Marie =) On 1/1/07, Kathi Kibbel <kkibbel wrote: > > the nutritionist i found was thru my obgyn. she is > very in to holistic medicine and found her herself. i > can give you her website and then she might have links > to other nuttitonist around the country or you can > email her. she is very very helpful and just wants to > help people. www.specialneedsnutrition.com. if this > is not correct then you can email me again. good luck > because it really did change my way of eating and > thinking. > i hope everyone had a wonderful and safe new year!!! > kathi > dallas tx > > --- Allison McDaniel <allimcd3 <allimcd3%40bellsouth.net>> > wrote: > > > Was the nutritionist you found through regular > > medicine or alternative?
