Guest guest Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Valencia Loaf 1 pack (250 g) (8 - 9 oz) pack Orgran Italian Style Spaghetti 2 onions, chopped 8 tsp olive oil 2 cups ground nuts 1 cup Orgran All-Purpose Crumbs* (-OR- dry GF bread crumbs) 2 tsp freshly chopped sage juice of 1 lemon seasoning to taste 1. Preheat oven to 180 F (350 F). 2. Cook the spaghetti while you prepare the reast of the ingredients. 3. Fry the chopped onions in the olive oil until they are rally soft. 4. In a large bowl place the cooled spaghetti, onions, crumbs, nuts and sage. Add the lemon juice and seasonings and mix well. 5. Oil a loaf tin and press the mixture into this. Cover with foil or a flat tray. Cook for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven, uncover and allow to sit for a few minutes before turning on to a serving plate.
