Basil and garlic, but what were you hoping to make, specifically???

Curious what one might use for italian seaasoning when one cant have

tomatoes, peppers or potatoes.

fresh or dried herbs?

 

I would use oregano, basil, rosemary, cilantro, garlic, onion to start with.

Are you nightshade intolerant? I have that same list

of allergens, plus eggplant. I use oregano, basil,

rosemary, plus a bit of tarragon will put some of the

sweetness in that you are missing without the peppers

or tomatoes.

Yes in addition to all the other allergies I have, I am also nightshade

intolerant. Thanks for the suggestions.
