green pea flour

I'm looking for some recipes using green pea flour. I tried to add

some to a gf bread recipe and it left a very unpleasant after taste.

(not very desirable at all!) Thanks.

Does anyone have input for Gail regarding green pea flour? I've never used

it --- I am suspecting it would be similar to the other bean flours, but am

not certain. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
