I just ate some artichoke hearts, plain....nothing on them at all.....and

now I have a headache! I haven't had anything else that would give me a

headache....so I am wondering if it is possible I have a sensitivity to

them.

Anyone else experience this?

Sharon,

you can be allergic (or intolerant) to ANY food. Other foods in the

same food family as artichokes are sunflower seeds and romaine

lettuce. It might be worth while to notice your reaction to those, as

well.
