Guest guest
Now there's a coincidence, I was going to recommend the same recipe. These are very popular in our household. I have taken them to family gatherings and they have gone down well. My son has taken them to school and all his friends, who haven't even heard of tofu, loved them also. I make them slightly different to the original by using s food processor to mix, adding a few rice crumbs and then shaping them into croquette shapes (cylindrical shapes about 2 1/2 long and 1 1/4 " thick) before rolling them in a few more crumbs. The tartar sauce is delicious. Raw onion doesn't agree with me so I leave that out, but it is still really yummy. Kim > My mother's recipe for Tofu Croquettes --- in the files. Guest guest
Hi Sarah, Something that would be great for a buffet is Sushi. We have several recipes in the files. There are also step-by-step pictures in Photos. Just a thought. Would love to know what recipes you finally come up with.
