Guest guest
Rolled grain is a grain flake --- like quinoa flakes or brown rice flakes. They can be purchased in bulk at most health food stores. Guest guest
>>>it doesn't stick to the waffle iron? It shouldn't. Use a well seasoned waffle iron and spritz it with non-cook spray. . .and then make sure the waffle is completely done before opening the iron. If you open it to check before the 'done' light goes off, you'll have troubles.
