Guest guest
I have used Arrowhead mills all purpose gluten free baking mix inplace of bisquick entrees with success! I use flax eggs (1 tblspoon flax meal, 3 tblspoon water), and tempeh to replace the meat, and a vegan cheese. It turns out great! I haven't made a good dessert, yet. I will keep experimenting, and keep yall posted! angie.
Guest guest
Just a heads up, I have twice had severe cross contamination issues with Aarowhead Mills products, and both times their customer service sucked. They treated me like I was a nutcase, just because I let them know I had a reaction. Someone that works at AM said that her nephew was celiac, and she didnt let him use products they produced. Guest guest
>>>>Instead of using a product off the shelf, I make my own GF bisquick and it turns out perfect every time. I even use all the bisquick recipes, and have made products that nobody knew was GF. I have been very happy, and had not had to worry about cross contamination, or what was in it, because I made it. A wonderful idea, Amy. Would you mind sharing your recipe with us? Thanks, LaDonna
