So, Juice Plus is gluten free? I stopped taking my supplements last year

shortly after I started having weird cardiac symptoms (fluctuating heart rate)

which have developed into GI symptoms. Is there anything in Juice Plus that

could cause problems. I know that there is research backing up improvements

people experience. Just wonder about the results that aren't used in the

advertising of JP.

Sierra,

I take juice plus and we offer it to our patients in my husbands office. Juice

plus is fruits and vegetables in a capsule. The capsule is vegetarian. Feel free

to visit my website.

Juice plus is offically considered gluten free. They contained the part of the

barley with the gluten removed. However, HOORAY!! they are at this moment

changing out the barley for rice. I am highly allergic to gluten and have had

no problem with the current Juice Plus. When I get the official notice, I would

be happy to forward that along to you. JP is fruits and vegetables. It is

condiered food by the FDA, not a supplement. I don't think there is anything in

JP+ that could cause a problem unless you had a specific allergy to one of the

ingredients. Some people get gas in the begining, that usually resolves. Did

the supplements you were taking have gluten? I found that when I was taking

some amino acids in a pretty high dose I had heart palpatations. I stopped

taking them.

I hope this helps.
