8 globe artichokes

vegan mayonnaise

salt

 

 

Boil the artichokes in salted water for 30 minutes. Drain upside down

for 20 minutes or longer. Pull off all the leaves and remove the

chokes carefully without breaking the hearts. Put the hearts in a dish

and cover thickly with mayonnaise.
