Guest guest Posted June 8, 2007 Report Share Posted June 8, 2007 I've done it for a couple of days, I am not sure how people can do it for 10. It works though, definitely flushes you out. There is the part of drinking salt water in the morning - I could not do that, made me sick. And I couldn't take the herbal laxative tea (senna) because it caused too much cramping and discomfort - so I just drank the lemonade.... Guest guest Posted June 10, 2007 Report Share Posted June 10, 2007 My husband and I did it for 7 days last year. We did the salt water in the morning instead of Smooth Move tea. Drew could handle that pretty well, but I gagged it down. It really works...fast. He added the cayenne to his lemonade ...I did that for the first gallon and then I encapsulated it and took those with the lemonade. We each drank a gallon a day with no problem. Neither of us are overweight and we drank it freely. I really thought I would get hungry but I didn't! My problem was that I wanted to chew something. lol. We quit on Day 7 because Drew's elimination wasn't right. He got a fever so we stopped the fast and began to drink fresh orange juice and then slowly added food.
