Guest guest Posted July 31, 2007 Report Share Posted July 31, 2007 Vegan Smoked " Salmon " Spead Source: Recipezaar. one 15 ounce (425 g) can chickpeas, drained one 6 ounce (170 g) package smoked tofu 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) peanut butter 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) tahini 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) lime juice 1 tablespoon (3 tsp) chopped fresh parsley rice milk -OR- soy milk -OR- water (to thin if needed) 1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 2. Serve on GF bagels, GF crackers, etc. 3. Store in air tight container in the fridge.
