Guest guest
Do you get a buzz, or feeling of well-being from the kombucha? I sure do! I know there's a trace amount of alcohol in it 0.50% and I've been alcohol free for 25 years...could that be it? Or is it a nutritional type of lift? Guest guest
I'm allergic to alcohol, and totally get that feeling. But, my friends who are not allergic also get it. I'm thinking it's more of the health benefit. I used to get a similar feeling from wheat grass. Actually one of my friends and I drink it from wine glasses. ) Nichole snowdrift52003 <snowdrift52003 wrote: Do you get a buzz, or feeling of well-being from the kombucha? I sure do! Guest guest
Here's what wikipedia has to say about it. It includes some specifics on why people experience a change of state after consuming it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kombucha Deborah I'm allergic to alcohol, and totally get that feeling. Guest guest
I drink it from a wineglass, too! I never really cared for wine, I think the acidity was irritating to my stomach. Kombucha feels like a healthy, enjoyable wine substitute. , Nichole Fausey- Khosraviani <ms_fausey wrote: > > I'm allergic to alcohol, and totally get that feeling.
