Guest guest
I've seen rice cheese and cashew cheese at the health food store. I've not tried either of them. Yes there are, Becky --- but they are sometimes difficult to find. I tried a new one recently that actually melted and was pretty good. I don't have the label and don't remember the name, but I'll try to check next time I'm at the health food store and will let you know. Guest guest
Veganrella is completely vegan. It's not good to eat uncooked, but it's excellent in macaroni and cheese (not straight, though). I also looked through a friend's copy of the Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook tonight and it's now on my wish list. It's full of recipes for cheeses and cheese dishes. They sound amazing! I can hardly wait! ) Nichole Becky Leppard <sewpretty13 wrote: I have not posted in a long time, but I have a quick question. Guest guest
I use " Follow Your heart Vegan Gourmet Cheese Alternative " . There are 3 flavors: Cheddar, Monterey Jack & Mozzarella (sp?). and it melts, too. Pretty tasty, too. You can do a web search on " follow your heart " . Danielle *** This email is private. Guest guest
The rice cheese that I have seen has casein.
