Anyone seen a commercial pizza that is vegetarian and gfcf? The

health food store carries ones that are no-cheese, soy cheese,

vegetarian, or gluten free, but never gfcf vegetarian . . .

I make my own (though my " good " recipe still has eggs in it . . .) It

would just be nice to have one that could be picked up at a moment's

notice, or grabbed from the freezer without making it first.

I've used potato starch as well. That produces a slightly thicker crust,

but works :)

Hello Everybody.

LIVING WITHOUT Magazine has a good pizza crust recipe posted on their

web site. I have made it several times. Allow it to rise longer then

they suggest and it does not have corn, nor wheat. I happened upon

this magazine shortly after I found I was allergic to everything. It

has been a lifesaver...

dairy-free-pizza.html

Gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free

It works for me.

I see that part of it isn't clickable, and wrapped around to the next

line. Try copying the whole thing and pasting it into your browser.

If that doesn't work just go to the first part,

www.joyinthemorminglight.blogspot.com. Then on the left hand side

you will find catagories. Click on the gluten free catagory. It

will show you everything gluten free on my blog, including the pizza

crust.

Hope this helps,

Barbara

Amy's has confirmed that they do not sell their GF/CF products in Canada.

So far the only one I have been able to find in Canada is " Judy G " :

<amber

Gluten free, vegan (2 other varieties not vegetarian), no soy, no obvious

corn (though citric acid would be questionable).

Bought one today, I'll have to let you know what it is like!
