Guest guest
All-purpose Barbecue Sauce 4 teaspoons oil 8 teaspspoons finely chopped onion 1 cup tomato sauce (ketchup) 1/4 cup vinegar 1/3 cup packed soft brown sugar 8 teaspoons GF vegan Worcestershire sauce 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne, to taste 1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over low heat. 2. Cook onion, stirring, for 3 to 5 minutes or until soft. 3. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring, for 5 minutes. Use as a baste or serving sauce. NOTE: This recipe is Australian so the tomato sauce referred to is a condiment very similar to ketchup.

Guest guest
We have a couple of recipes in the Files (in " Condiments " under " Sauces - Savory " ) if you can't find a commercial one. Guest guest
These guys have one that looks pretty good: http://www.zenpawn.com/recommends/glutenfree I haven't tried it as I also keep things low-sodium, no salt added, and this certainly does not qualify at 135 mg/tsp. -Erin check out my gluten-free cookbook at http://www.vegandonelight.com , Ellen Allard <birdwoman5151 wrote: > > Does anyone know a source for gluten free vegan worcestershire sauce? > > Regards, Ellen > http://iamglutenfree.blogspot.com/ > http://www.peterandellen.com
