Guest guest
We just finished dinner...thought I'd share our menu as it was very well liked by the kids (all 6 of them). I made stuffed shells with the spinach ricotta-style filling (in the files). Then we had steamed broccoli, boiled baby carrots and brussels sprouts. For our " challah " , we used a Bob's Red Mill mix made with flax seed instead of eggs. Enjoy! Lisa in Missouri
Guest guest
Thanks Lisa, I've added your delicious menu idea to the " Vegan & GF Menu Ideas " file. Isn't it great when you find something that everyone will eat ? Doesn't happen in my house. I have one son (21) that won't touch anything that is vegan or gluten-free. He even complains about some of my veggies tasting like restaurant dishes ... I take that as a compliment, lol. Anyone else have any menu's that they would like to share ? It would be great to fill up the file a little more. Guest guest
It's not a big name brand, I just get it at our local Asian market on the same shelf as the tofu. Ingredients are just soy, oil, and pepper, I believe. Pam On Feb 9, 2008 9:17 AM, fierce_mink_2000 <fierce_mink_2000 wrote: Pam, where'd you get gf soy chicken? And what brand?
