We made them last night with the Tofu pups, and they loved them. Corn Dogs by Me 1/2 cup corn meal 1/2 cup rice flour 2 tsp GF baking powder 1 tsp xanthan gum a dash of oil 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp onion salt 1 to 1 1/2 cups soy -OR- rice milk 2 tsp sugar Dip and deep fry.
