Guest guest Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Millet-Oat Waffles Source: A Taste of Nature 3 cups water 1 cup oats, rolled (gf) 1 cup whole millet 3/4 tsp. salt 6 Tbsp. seed or nut meal pinch stevia powder to sweeten (optional) Blend all ingredients about 1 minute or until smooth. Let sit 5 minutes. Bake on hot waffle iron that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Batter will be very thin. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on each waffle before baking, if desired.
