Guest guest
I have loved my kitchen aide blender. It is the only kind I have used for years, until I just upgraded to a vitamix. Amy - Kim Wednesday, April 30, 2008 9:02 PM Kitchen Aid Blender Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has a Kitchen Aid blender and what they think of it. I have had a Kitchen Aid mixer for a few years and absolutely love it. Now I need a new blender as the one I have is not coping very well with making daily smoothies using frozen fruit. I am in Australia and Kitchen Aid is VERY expensive here so I would love some opinions before I part with my hard earned cash. Thanks, Kim

Guest guest
The Vitamix is really spendy here too. I was lucky to get a used one from my Mom really cheap. I have used Kitchen aide without any complaints for so long, but now that I do green smoothies, Or Salad smoothies I am glad for the vitamix. Guest guest
Kim, My mom has a Kitchen Aid blender that I bought her about 3 years ago. I'm not real thrilled with the way it crushes ice and so on. My husband bought me a Bosch mixer with the blender as well. It works wonderfully! I've always loved Kitchen Aid. Maybe it was just the year I bought it or something. Just thought I'd let you know. Guest guest
Hi Kim; I have a Kitchen Aid food processor, which I use for smoothies, as well as slicing veggies for our soups and stews. I love mine too, it has served me well for probably 15 years without any repairs or replacement parts. Deborah Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has a Kitchen Aid blender and what they think of it. Guest guest
Thanks for the replies. Based on what was said, I decided to do a search online for reviews. Now I am really confused. There are heaps of 5 star reviews, but also heaps of 1 star reviews too. I am looking at a $299 price tag so I really need to be sure. I paid $70 for the one I have and basically I don't think it has been worth it. I guess I'll have to think on it a bit longer Thanks again, Kim
