It's too soon to say -- I only read about this study about 3 weeks ago.

I *think* the primary benefit is not simply to feel better in terms of

pain but to reduce inflammatory factors in the body. It's a promising

and empowering study.

I recently read the " Fat Resistance Diet " which started as an

anti-inflammatory diet. You might find it interesting. And yes, it is

lots of deep-coloured fruits and veggies.
