Beth,

 

Depending on how many you are cooking for, you may want to double the recipe.

It makes about 12 - 2 1/2 patties.

MILLET PATTIES

 

1 1/2 cup cooked millet

1 c. mashed potatoes

1/2 c. rolled oats, gluten free

1/2 c. ground nuts

1 c. onion, chopped

1/2 c. water

1 tsp. salt

2 T. chicken style seasoning

3-4 T. nutritional yeast

 

Shape into patties. Brown on both sides in a non-stick skillet.

Place in baking dish. Pour gravy or tomato sauce over and bake or

serve plain with buns.
