Hi Kim,

Thanks so much for this recipe. Beets, beetroot, and beet leaves are a food

I'm new to and supposed to eat for my health issues. I guess most people

don't eat them if they are not in a jar! LOL I would appreciate any and

all recipes with fresh beets/beetroot/beat leaves. I've just discovered

Borscht too, and I would love a recipe for this wonderful beet drink.

Thanks again,

Linda

You are very welcome, Linda.

You can find recipes for Borscht in the Files.

Look in the " ***Recipes Posted to VGF** " folder. Then the " Soups " folder.

You can also find recipes for cooking beets in the " Vegetables " folder, heaps of

salads in

the " Salads " folder, another dip recipe in the " Condiments " folder, and even a

cake that

uses them.

Well, that's funny! I saw it in the store as juice, in a jar, on the shelf

with the juices? ? ?

Thanks! I'll look again!
