Guest guest
I threw together an awesome stir-fry with pasta last night. While my rice noodles were cooking, I stir-fried half a cup of onion, half a cup of sweet red pepper, two cloves of garlic, one cup of chopped kale, half a cup of basil leaves, 1/4 cup pine nuts, salt and pepper. I added the cooked noodles and some vegan " parm " . Delicious! Sierra
Guest guest
Hi Sierra, Your dinner sounds delicious. I have added it to the files as " Sierra's Stir-Fry " (in the " Mains " folder under " Stir-Fries " ). I was just wondering if you tell me the amount of noodles you used and how many people it serves so I can complete the recipe. Thanks, Kim , " snowdrift52003 " <snowdrift52003 wrote: > > I threw together an awesome stir-fry with pasta last night. Guest guest
Hi Kim I ate the whole thing myself! But it probably could've served two with salad or some other side dish. I probably had 1 cup of cooked rice pasta spirals. I used sweet (long) Italian red peppers from Trader Joe's, rather than red bell peppers. I liked them very much in this dish.
