Guest guest
A friend of mine sent me this link to a place called Pizza Fusion. http://www.pizzafusion.com/menu/ They have gluten free and vegan options! They even have gluten free vegan brownies! I can't wait to go and see how good it is! (Here I go getting my hopes up again! Fingers crossed!) Has anybody been to this place? Please tell me it's a dream come true! I don't think I can handle another bad pizza. At least they have salads if nothing else! :/ And brownies! Guest guest
Wow! They are expensive and the closest is about 600 miles away. I hope they taste good. Guest guest
For anyone in the NYC area. I just had the greatest pizza experience at Pala's Pizza on Allen St (just below Houston St). They have amazing gf dough and lots of vegan options, including caesin free soy mozzarella --- On Mon, 6/30/08, catchadream04 <recyclednew wrote: catchadream04 <recyclednew real pizza from a pizza place! Guest guest
I ate at Pizza Fusion last time I took a trip to Florida. I ordered the Seattle pizza (a bruschetta-style pizza) with no cheese. I seem to be very sensitive to the taste of garbanzo flour, and I definitely tasted it in their crust, so I didn't like it. The texture of the crust was good, so if you don't mind the flavor, you might have better results. It would probably also have helped if I had ordered something with a stronger sauce. The Seattle pizza is just lightly covered with some tomatoes, basil, and balsamic, and the flavor of the toppings was dominated by the flavor of the crust. The brownies were excellent! You have to order a fairly large pizza to get it gluten-free, so it's expensive. But definitely worth a try to see if you like it... --Mark On Mon, Jun 30, 2008 at 8:33 PM, catchadream04 <recyclednew wrote: > A friend of mine sent me this link to a place called Pizza Fusion. > http://www.pizzafusion.com/menu/ > > They have gluten free and vegan options!
