Guest guest Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Asparagus, Bean and Pine Nut Salad 8 teaspoons pine nuts 125 g (4 1/2 oz) green beans, trimmed 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed 1/4 cup French dressing 1. Preheat oven to 180 C (350 F) or 160 C (320 F) for fan-forced. 2. Place pine nuts on a baking tray. Bake for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden. 3. Cook beans and asparagus in a saucepan of boiling water for 2 minutes or until just tender. Drain. Refresh under cold water. 4. Place pine nuts, beans and asparagus in a large bowl. Add dressing.
